Tauranga Wedding Photographer – Terms and Conditions
Booking:
A non refundable $500.00 deposit is required at time of booking Once received this day will be reserved for you.
Payment:
An invoice for the remainder of your package will be sent to you two weeks prior to your wedding and must be paid in full 7 days before your wedding.
Copyright and licensing:
All images retain legal copyright to Mr Munro, images and media supplied in print form and internet based are provided for personal use only. If images are required for commercial use, a written request must be made, stating the use and purpose.
Mr Munro Marketing:
A selection of images from your day will be used to promote Mr Munro via our website, blog, Instagram and Facebook. This is also a great way for your friends and family to see your images at no extra cost to you.
Images on CD, USB or Digital:
These images are sized at A4. Printing these at a larger size will result in a lack of quality. Images at a higher size are harder to handle eg take a long time to open on your computer etc Specific enlarged images are available on request at no extra cost.
Travel Cost:
Weddings located in the Waikato will incur no cost. For weddings located outside of Waikato travels cost will be negotiated

Prices:
Are quoted as of January 2019 and are subject to change without notice. Prices quoted in this price list will remain the same once deposit has been paid. Prices for artworks and prints will remain the same 3 months after the gallery is online. After this please refer to the current price list.
